2. Rentals are intended for temporary use only.
3. Damage, loss, or misuse of rental equipment will be charged to the customer at the full replacement or repair cost.
4. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
5. Customers are responsible for all transaction and bank fees associated with refunds and transaction costs.
6. Refunds and cancellations must be confirmed with both the customer and management.
7. In case of late payments, additional charges may apply as determined by management.
8. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, minus applicable bank fees and transaction costs.
9. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur additional charges.
10. Red Roses Party Rental is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of rented equipment.
11. Customers must ensure that all equipment is used safely and in compliance with the provided instructions.
12. Red Roses Party Rental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted to the website.
